Lead Instructor Georgina holds Qualified Teacher Status and has seven years' experience as Teacher of English within a secondary school. She developed expertise in behaviour management, differentiation, and working with young people across a range of learning needs.
She also worked for two years as a youth engagement officer, supporting disengaged young people outside school settings. This includes experience with SEMH needs and alternative provision. Her kickboxing credentials are substantial. She's a 5th Dan Black Belt with 25 years of kickboxing experience and competitive experience starting from age five.
What makes this combination effective is that it's integrated. She understands young people's development, what drives behaviour, and how to adapt delivery accordingly. She's comfortable in school environments because she's worked in them. She understands the constraints schools face: time, mixed-ability groups, safeguarding. Because she's managed them.
Every session is planned with intentionality. Outcomes are tracked and reported. She works as an extension of your team.
